Introduction

Information Dima Collects About You and How Dima Collects It

Dima collect several types of information from and about users of the Platform, including information:

  • That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as whether you are a current user, product interests, or information related to your inquiry or request;

  • About your medical condition, treatment options, physician referrals, prescriptions, and lab results, including protected health information or other related health information.

Note that all collection of information shall only be done when the consent of the user has been secured.

  • From third-parties intermediaries, for example, the physicians, medical professionals, and pharmacies with whom Dima partners to provide you with services.

Information You Give to Us. The information Dima collects on or through the Platform may include:

  • Information that you provide on the Platform. This includes information provided when you sign up for its Offerings; when Dima process or respond to your inquiries related to requests for treatment, payment, customer service; and when you provide feedback on the Platform.
  • Your responses to questions that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through the Platform and of the fulfillment of your inquiries or requests.
  • Your search queries on the Platform.
  • Your responses to the questionnaires you are required to answer to be able to order prescription drugs.

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Platform according to your individual interests.
  • Speed up your searches.
  • Recognize you when you return to the Platform.

Information We Receive from Other Sources. This is information Dima receives about you if you use any of the other Offerings we provide. Dima is working closely with third parties (including, for example, third party intermediaries, such as the physicians, medical professionals, and pharmacies with whom we partner to provide you with services, sub-contractors in technical, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers).

How Dima Use Your Information

In connection with providing you with the Platform and Offerings, Dima may use, compile, analyze, and save your information in the following ways:

  • To carry out the Offerings and, as applicable, facilitate the provision of health care services to you by physician or other health care provider and ensure that the physicians or health care providers have the services and support necessary for health care operations.
  • To communicate with you about the Platform, and Offerings, or your use of the Platform, and Offerings, and send you communications on behalf of physicians or other health care providers utilizing the Platform to meet your needs.
  • To provide you with information that you have requested or to respond to your inquiries.
  • To provide you with technical support and to improve the Platform.
  • To verify your identity and administer your account, including processing your payments and fulfilling your orders.
  • In order to ensure that content from the Platform is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or mobile phone, to allow you to participate in interactive features of its Offerings (when you choose to do so), and as part of our efforts to the Platform safe and secure.
  • To communicate with you about its Offerings and those of its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and any of their related businesses and those of its third-party partners.

  • You have given your consent, specific to the purpose prior to the processing, or in the case of privileged information, all parties to the exchange have given their consent prior to processing, this includes, but is not limited to, processing of payments through third-party service providers;
  • The processing of the same is provided for by existing laws and regulations;
  • The processing is necessary to protect the life and health of the data subject or another person, and the data subject is not legally or physically able to express his or her consent prior to the processing; or
  • The processing is necessary for purposes of medical treatment, is carried out by a medical practitioner or a medical treatment institution, and an adequate level of protection of personal information is ensured.

Choices About How Dima Use and Disclose Your Information

Dima strives to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. Dima has created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information.

Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.  If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Do Not Track. Dima does not currently respond to “do not track” signals as it does not track our customers across third party websites.

Promotional Offers from Dima. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by Dima to promote our own Offerings, you can check certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also always exercise your right to ask it not to process your personal information for marketing purposes by contacting us at the address below. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

Dima does not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

Accessing, Correcting and Deleting Your Information

You may contact us at the address below or by email at [email], to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to it. There is a chance Dima may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. You may also choose to delete your account yourself at any time, however, by doing so your medical and order records will be permanently deleted from the site. If Dima deletes your user account, medical providers and other affiliates may still have the right to retain information as required by applicable law, regulations, or their own retention policy.  Dima may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Unless otherwise required by law, Dima will also erase personal information when the personal information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which was collected or otherwise processed; when you withdraw your consent (where lawfulness of processing was based on your consent) and there is no other legal ground for the processing; when you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; when your personal information has been unlawfully processed; and when it is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

Dima has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Where Dima has given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Dima asks you not to share a password with anyone. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Platform.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although Dima will do its best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Platform; any transmission is at your own risk.

Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not address, and Dima is not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices, including data privacy and security process and standards of any third parties, including physicians and other health care providers using the Platform, the manufacturer of your mobile device and other IT hardware and software, and any other third party mobile application or website to which the Platform may contain a link.  These third parties may at times gather information from or about you. Dima has no control over the privacy practices of these third parties.

Dima does not provide prescriptions to minors or those under 18.
